| Small dark-violet cones, appearing in spring, are highly showy, and produced at a young age. The Korean Fir is generally believed to be more heat-tolerant than other Abies. It is useful as a screen, but deserves a prominent position as a specimen or accent tree. Grows to 25’H x 10’W in acid soil. Prefers full sun but will tolerate light shade. Hardy in USDA Zones 5-7. | ||
